Ms. Whitley and I would like to extend a warm welcome to you, our new Kindergarten family. We look forward to working with you to ensure that your child/children have a wonderful and successful school year. Thank you for choosing St. Camillus for your child's education.
Your child will receive a "summer packet" at the end of this school year. This will help them retain much of the material learned this school year. Please go over it with your child every day. In addition the high frequency word lists sent home every week this year should be kept and the children should practice them every day.
Please download the weekly homework sheet below. There is no homework this week!
Just for your information - the week of June 7 will be half days. School will close at 1:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday with an 11:30 a.m. dismissal on Friday, June 11.
As this year comes to a close I just wanted you all to know how very much I have enjoyed working with each one of you. It has been a pleasure to get to know the children and their families. I thank you all for your help, support and understanding this year. I treasure all the wonderful notes, pictures and cards I have received. I am going to miss you all and I hope to see you next year at St. Francis International School.
May God Bless each of you and keep you in His care now and always. Take care of yourselves and have a wonderful and safe summer!
Parents of students preparing for First Communion,
Please talk with your child about the celebration of the Eucharist. Prepare them to be attentive when you bring them to Mass on Sunday. They may bring their Religion books home if you wish to go over the lessons at home.
There is a mandatory practice for both students and parents for First Communion on Tuesday, May 18, at 7PM in the Church. Please do not drop your child off and leave. If you have any quesstions, they will be answered at the practice.
